A wedding back home is one of the hardest things to miss when you live in the UK, the USA, Canada or the Gulf. Whether you are flying in for the big day or following it on video calls, you can still arrange the wedding flowers in Lahore from abroad. This checklist covers everything from fresh flower kalire and real flower gajray to the nikkah ring platter and the mehndi decor, and tells you when to order each one.
Your wedding flowers timeline
- 2 weeks or more before: book the decor for the mehndi, nikkah, barat, walima, bridal room and car.
- 2 days or more before: order the kalire, gajray, garlands, floral jewelry and ring platter. These are made fresh on the day of delivery.
- On the day: bouquets and money bouquets can be ordered the same day, with no cut-off time.
Choose every date and time in Lahore time, not your local time. Lahore is 4 to 5 hours ahead of the UK, 9 to 13 hours ahead of the USA and Canada, and 1 to 2 hours ahead of the Gulf.
The checklist
1. Kalire for the bride
Our fresh flower kalire come in 11 designs from Rs 10,987: red rose kalire for the baraat, pink, peach and white for the nikkah and walima, and yellow for the mehndi. Read our kalire designs guide to choose one.
2. Gajray made with real flowers
Choose a bridal hand gajra with real flowers, a red rose hair gajra or another design from our fresh flower gajray. We make gajray with fresh flowers only, never artificial.
3. Rose wedding garlands (mala)
A red rose mala pair for the wedding or one of our bride and groom garlands is a lovely gift to send for the couple.
4. Floral jewelry for the mehndi
For the mehndi and mayun, browse floral jewelry sets, earrings and the fresh flower dupatta.
5. Nikkah ring platter with names
A nikkah ring platter or an engagement ring platter can carry the couple's names. Order it at least 2 days ahead.
6. A money bouquet as your gift
If you can't be there, a money bouquet delivered to the couple is a popular wedding gift from abroad. It can be ordered the same day.
7. Wedding decor
We decorate the mehndi, nikkah, barat and walima, the bridal room (at home or in a hotel room) and the wedding car. For a photo booth or mehndi jhoola, we bring everything, including the jhoola, rickshaw, frame and seat. Decor can be done with fresh or artificial flowers, as you prefer.
Nikkah, mehndi and walima decor can also be done at home, in a lounge, lawn or on a rooftop, and a small setup such as only an arch and a motia curtain is possible. Book decor at least 2 weeks ahead on WhatsApp. Our wedding decor guide shows ideas for each event.
How to order from abroad
- Choose the designs on our website, or send us the event dates on WhatsApp (+92 320 9442293).
- Add the address in Lahore and the date and time in Lahore time.
- Pay by bank transfer from any country. If family in Pakistan is paying, they can use EasyPaisa or JazzCash. We do not take cash on delivery.
- Delivery is free anywhere in Lahore.
