1. Orders & Payment

By placing an order on this website, you confirm that the delivery details and contact information you provide are accurate. Orders are accepted subject to availability of stock and confirmation.

We accept bank transfer and JazzCash / EasyPaisa. Payment details are shared once your order is confirmed.

2. Delivery

We offer same-day delivery across Lahore for orders placed before our daily cut-off time; Karachi and Islamabad deliveries may take longer. A delivery charge applies at checkout and is shown before you confirm your order.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during the selected time slot. If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, a re-delivery charge may apply.

3. Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. All items shown on our website represent the type of arrangement we offer and may vary slightly depending on stock. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and colour scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal or greater value.

In single-flower arrangements (for example, an all-rose bouquet), we will make every attempt to match the flower type but may substitute the colour if needed.

4. Returns & Refunds

• If your order arrives damaged, wilted, or not as described, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item.
• Verified issues are resolved with a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or not as ordered.
• Because flowers are perishable, we are unable to accept physical returns of bouquets — please report any issue with a photo instead.

5. Customisation & Cancellations

Custom requests (colour palette, add-ons, occasion cards) are accommodated where possible — message us on WhatsApp with your requirements before or after placing your order.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge up to 2 hours after placing them. Once an order is being prepared for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

6. Privacy

We collect only the information needed to fulfil your order — name, phone number, delivery address and, if provided, email. This information is used solely for processing and delivering your order and is not sold or shared with third parties.
